Hanrie graduated from Stellenbosch University with a Master of Philosophy in Management Coaching, she also has a degree in Art Education. She studied Psychology, and in addition has completed many courses including Fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Enneagram Coaching, Spiral Dynamics Integral and Applying Social Media to Business Challenges.
As a coach, she has coached individuals on issues relating to executive leadership, work-life balance, exit strategy, team performance and communication. These are individuals at the executive to junior management levels.
