Suzaan completed her BComm (Psychology) Honours degree through the University of Stellenbosch, and is a registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the HPCSA.
She has gained extensive Human Resources and Labour Relations consulting experience in various industries including retail, security, manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, and the ever-growing IT industry.
She has worked with individuals and groups from all job levels, ages, cultures and different socio-economic backgrounds, from general workers to owners and management. This has enabled her to solve the complex problems that exist when business and people collide.
Her areas of expertise include Labour Relations, Psychometry, and Training and Development, especially in the fields of diversity and cultural awareness, building teams, company values, conflict management, communication skills, and supervisory skills training.
Suzaan thoroughly enjoys working with people, and believe that her interpersonal skills have been pivotal to her success thus far.
