Suzaan completed her BComm (Psychology) Honours degree through the University of Stellenbosch, and is a registered Psychometrist (Independent Practice) with the HPCSA. She has worked with individuals and groups from all job levels, ages, cultures, and different socio-economic backgrounds which has enabled her to solve the complex problems that exist when business and people collide.
She is passionate about navigating through the world of labour relations, and training and development especially pertaining to team dynamics and upskilling of supervisors on how to manage staff challenges.
