Kylie is a Senior Learning Specialist working in Training and Skills Development in both the public and corporate sectors. Her professional experience includes strategic, project and programme management; coaching and mentoring; training and facilitation; quality assurance; assessment and moderation; monitoring and evaluation; assessment design and materials development.
She achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a BA Honours Degree, specialising in Educational Publishing, from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, and is a registered Assessor, Moderator and Skills Development Facilitator.
Her love for learning, developing emotional intelligence and innovation has provided her with opportunities to work on a variety of skills development initiatives, both nationally and internationally.
