Kirvan has a Diploma in Theology from Nazarene Theological College in Muldersdrift, with special focus on Philosophy, Psychology, World History and Sociology. His professional certificates include Coach/Train the Learner, Assessor Certificate, Moderator Certificate, Legal Liability, and an Assessor Registration Certificate from the merSETA for unit standards “One on One Training on the Job.
His experience also includes many social and community development programs. He has varied training experience, such as teambuilding and outdoor adventure therapy, using rock climbing and abseiling, bridge jumping, obstacle courses, etc.
