Hanrie graduated from Stellenbosch University with a Master of Philosophy in Management Coaching, she also has a degree in Art Education. She studied Psychology, and in addition has completed many courses including Fundamentals of Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), Enneagram Coaching, Spiral Dynamics Integral and Applying Social Media to Business Challenge. She is an Assessor and Moderator (BSD) and is registered with COMENSA. Her speciality is Business Coaching (enhancing the x-factor in professionals), verbal and non-verbal communication.
She is on the virtual faculty at University of Stellenbosch Business School. She lecturers on the MBA, New Manager’s Development Programme (NMDP), Young Minds Entrepreneurship Programme, and Small Business Academy (SBA). She is also a part-time faculty for Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL).
She has ventured into E-Learning through LearnBox, and is a lecturer for Telephone Skills, Communication, Generational Diversity, Creative Conflict, Emotional Intelligence and Sales
