What Pro-Active is all about

Hello, my name is Hanrie and I am the owner of Pro-Active Communications. We are a training and coaching company. You’re probably wondering what makes us special – why should you use us?

Well, for one thing, we believe in re-inventing ourselves all the time. What we’ve done is we’ve taken all our courses and we’ve adapted them to be online. Leadership has now become virtual leadership. We have designed a course on how to lead a hybrid team because we realise that some people will go back to the office while others are still working from home. How do you lead such a team and how do you ensure that no s… are forming or how do you keep people psychologically safe. Other courses that we’ve designed and that’s very new, is virtual presence, how to manage your stress and your time in the virtual times.

My name is Hanrie from Pro-Active Communications.  I don’t know about you but this time of the year most people are feeling really down. It’s been a very long year. Elections, politics, crime – most of us are really tired. So we decided to do something to counteract that.

At Pro-Active Communications we are offering you a sizzling spring special – a three hour workshop at a really really reduced price. We give you the base of communications and then you can choose the toppings – it’s like building a pizza. So the base would be communication and you can choose conflict, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, maybe goal setting or team bonding or how to answer emails or how to answer the phone, customer care. You can decide what you want and then we’ll go back, design it for you, and come and present it.
